Robinson Law, PLLC focuses exclusively on criminal and traffic matters ranging in severity from misdemeanors to felonies. We believe the ideal client-attorney relationship is established through mutual responsiveness, trust and understanding. Michael began his career as a prosecutor at the City of Newport News' Commonwealth Attorney's office, where he was assigned to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Team. After Newport News Michael relocated with his family to Northern Virginia and continued prosecuting in Fauquier County. While prosecuting in Fauquier, Michael decided to open his own traffic and criminal defense law firm. In 2008, he made that dream a reality when he founded Robinson Law, PLLC. Throughout his career, Michael has prosecuted and defended thousands of cases in both state and federal courts. He is recognized by both Northern Virginia Magazine and AVVO as a top DWI and traffic attorney.

Charles J. Nucciarone, Esq.

Charles recently graduated from the Villanova University School of Law and passed the Virginia Bar Exam. During Charles’s time as a law student, he excelled in both academic and professional roles that have prepared him to aggressively and effectively represent his clients. Charles excelled in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and trial/appellate advocacy courses during law school and was a member of the Villanova Law Moot Court Board and National Trial Team. Charles also spent a summer with a constitutional litigation firm in Northern Virginia and spent his third year of law school working as a student-prosecutor in southeastern Pennsylvania, where he handled hundreds of cases.

Charles is a native of Northern Virginia, born and raised in Fairfax County. He attended Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax and George Mason University before moving to the greater Philadelphia area to pursue his law degree. Charles returned home to pursue his career as an attorney and is committed to providing the best possible representation to those accused of a crime in Northern Virginia.

Suzi Wolf, Paralegal

Suzi Wolf, Paralegal

After receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Suzi began an internship with Robinson Law, PLLC. Ms. Wolf’s role at the firm has since expanded to office manager and now paralegal to Mr. Robinson. Suzi assists in the analysis and research involved in each case and she is responsible for all “behind the scenes” work. Her duties range from accounting and drafting contracts to filing motions and assisting in trial preparations. Ms. Wolf intends to continue her career as a paralegal with a primary focus in criminal defense.
